Both the design and the choice of materials for the new Stouby lounge furniture SOLO designed by Anders Noergaard, have been made carefully. Solo can be upholstered in leather and smart fabrics according to the customer’s own choice.
Solo - a series of comfortable lounge furniture with a classic line and a high craftmanship. The name says it all. Solo has the character to be shown solo, but it is available both as chair and sofa. It appears gladly as a sofagroup, both in domestic homes and in companies.
The series is made by Anders Noergaard who with a simple and effectful choice has placed the oblique back between the armrest and seatframe. It is the way to set off the elegant and charactheristic lines in a harmonious interplay with the slim legs made of satin chromium-plated steel. The legs are made as an integral part of the design by using them as a connecting link between the armrests and seat. The light steel legs give Solo an almost floating impression and simultaneously ensures an easy cleaning.
Both as chair and as 2½ or 3-seater Solo is clear and modern styled, but on the contrary not a modernistic furniture. Solo has an appealing and contemporary radiation.
The fluffy cushions give a fantastic seating comfort. Here you find both sophistication and homelike cosiness. And the customer can add extra individuality to Solo by upholstering it with leather of high quality or fancy fabrics. This way Solo is underlining the personality of the owner. Solo is conceived for both domestic homes and companies.
